I suggest if you want an easy to use editing program download Picasa. Picasa is easy to use and has simple features like editing the colour of pictures etc. Paint.net is a bit more difficult to use but has different features etc... it is kind of like Microsoft Paint but more updated and has more features etc. I find Gimp the hardest program to use and i find it quiet difficult and i do not really understand it that much atm..
