You should talk to your doctor about it

The NHS will, if you get diagnosed

I used to get that fairly badly but didn't have to go as far as light boxes. However, getting out during whatever daylight time you can, plus mild exercise like simply walking briskly or light jogging is said to help. I found it helps a little bit.

Sorry, but maybe you're freaking about something. It could be something you made yourself believe it's true.. Just because you have the symptoms doesn't mean you do have it, please go to an specialist.

Don't diagnose yourself. Go and see a doctor.

First off, get your ass to a doctor. Second, expose yourself to lots of natural sunlight every day. Even on a cloudy day there is much more brightness outside than in a lit up room. Take a long walk or something. And since you say you've got all the symptoms, i'm guessing you're depressed? I'm no expert on that, but I guess you could pick something you enjoy a lot and do it every day. Stay active. And again, go see a doctor. There, that's all I can do for you. Adios.
