It depends on the people that you live with. Some might be outgoing like you and will be partying a lot, however others might be more reclusive and get annoyed at you coming back late wasted. You'll have to talk to them and see what they think.

Loud music is about the only thing I see that someone might have a problem with, unless you like to make a lot of noise when you are getting back late, otherwise that won't be a problem.
And perhaps liking your personal space...not much personal space when living with 4-5 other people.

Then if that is your reason for living at college then you need to change.

You can't "live at college" without "college", you'll have classes so you can't go out every night, and you can't go to bed at 2am.

1. good! no one likes stinky roommates.
2. Fine, as long as you don't disturb.
3. In no time you'll arrange your house routine about meals.
4. No way. headphones ftw, unless you ask everyone for permission.
5. Everyone does, but that depends if you're sharing a room with someone or not.
6. And if you don't have it, request it.
7. People don't give a damn where you go. Don't be too loud while entering the apartment.

You may have the money but you won't have a place at college anymore.
