The pay version, Mandriva Powerpack has Cadega, which is supposibly much more stable than Wine. There are quotes saying it matches and sometimes surpasses windows. -- Posted by Daveh at 2:57 pm on May 7, 2008 I have upgraded to Ubuntu 8 and i love it, i got my internet working with it and managed to install wine. it's just what i was looking for. thanks for your replys. :) -- Posted by climber783 at 9:27 pm on May 7, 2008 A lot of times, you don't necessarily have to be able to open the wine program.  If you try to open a .exe file, it will automatically go through Wine, or if you right click the .exe icon, it will have an option to open it with Wine.
