I am so excited. I can't wait, I'm so ready. I'm really not sad at all about leaving high school.

you'll be alright. i was frightened of high school and i was frightened to come to my jr-sr boarding school...but now that i've done it i feel kind of dumb for being scared. don't worry. you may be home sick for a week or so, but you'll get over it. there are a lot of friends to be made and i'm sure that there will be others like you that will understand. find some buddies early on and go do stuff! it'll get your mind off of being so scared.

You're scared because it's a totally new experience for you but so were a lot of other things and you survived. College will be the same.

well.. nothing to be scared of. Go ahead a party a little if you want, but not too much that it'll hurt your studying. (Obviously, you shouldn't attend a party the night before an exam). And don't drink yourself to death. So you should avoid having too much hard liquor, you're very unlikely to get alcohol poisoning from beer though.
