Last night I did my normal 30 minute work-out/stretch. Did about another 30 minutes of dance and then I did my pointe work. I noticed that ankles were stiff and felt rather sore, so I did some excersises for them, then went back to my pointe work and it felt somehwat better. Today, my ankles are even more sore and stiffen up every 30 minutes or so and I occationally have shooting pains up my legs (My right leg in particular) as well as pins and needles. Have I injured myself, and if so, how? and will it go away in time? I am feeling a lot of discomfort and hoping that it is nothing serious.
