For anyone who lifts weights, can you please help me out with some basic knowledge about what a Woman should do? Are there any particular muscle groups to aim for or should I be doing ALL of them? What is the difference between free weights/weight machines? For example, you would never really expect a girl to lift a huge barbell thing, right?!!!

do light weights. It's really unattractive when girls have bulging muscles like a dood..

Honestly, you can do exactly the same things guys do... You aren't going to get big like a "dood", unless you already are quite masculine. And, I don't know you but, the chances of you being dedicated enough, and obtaining the knowledge you need to weight train that effectively is unlikely... Girls who squat and deadlift have fantastic asses.
