I'm going to the gym for one hour a day, five days a week, and I'm wondering how long it will be before I begin to notice changes in my physique. I'm ending my second week now, so I know that it is too soon to have any expectations. You may know, I'm not a big guy (that is, I'm not overweight). I'm 6'5", 165lbs, so this isn't about trimming down. It's about not being able to see the ribs in the middle of my chest anymore (that's right, not just on the sides, but in the middle of my chest). So how long should I expect before I start noticing results?
