The reason there is LESS viruses for mac is because no one takes the incentive to make them, because theres way fewer people using macs. Its not like mac is any more secure whatsoever, as it is easy to make a virus for anything if you know C. and thats including macs. There are several remote exploits. Safari is constantly exploited. It may not be your typical "crash your system" virus like there is in Windows, but there are several remote exploits. Just watch, everyone will start buying macs, and then the viruses will show up fast. see i don;t know if this is true but it scares me about macs even though from what i have read about a macs security system it is alot more secure than what people think. as for the poster, there is no known virus on Mac OS X that is gonna screw up everything or as some1 said before, 1 that you don't execute yourself
