Anyways, i think with the encouragement of her mom and dad  she sent me a fucking dear john telling me that she can't deal with the stress of worrying about me. Then she proceeds to tell me she canceled our plans for a wedding and tells me that she hopes I'm safe...also she sent some cookies which I promptly threw away in such disgust. Frieds dying and now this? WTF over. Just keep your head cool or your going to expose yourself for real danger. I have no clue why she broke up with you. She had probably a hard time having you sent off to Iraq and her beign scared of losing you and stuff. Don't freak out, you could try to talk with her but keep your head cool. If it was her parents then you haven't lost her yet. Just get your ass alive off from there, and tell her you'll visit her once you get off from there. You're deployed you made your decision to join the military forces. Now you're part of the conflict and paying for it. I think that things will probably turn around once your tour ends. You told me that youre only in the army till youre 21. Does she know that? You dont know for sure that her parents were involved. And I imagine she is really stressed about you, I dont know if she has broken up with you, just sorta postponed the wedding... Have you talked to her? I think you should call her and tell her everything will be fine and that you love her. You cant do aa lot else...just make sure you talk to her soon, and dbe understanding. Othe than that, play it cool and keep your head up high. ES
