My dad and I have tried many removal programs and nothing removed it. SO, we're thinking of reformatting the computer. Any tips on what I could do to remove it so I don't have to reformat this damn thing? Ok, back on topic.  Try booting into safe mode (hold F8 on Windows boot), then remove it. If that fails try booting into a Linux Live-CD and deleting from there.  Since you have the filename, you probably have the location.
