Xanax is the brand name under which Alprazolam is sold, a drug that belongs to the benzodiazepine family. Despite some people saying they are more or less potent than the originals, they are not. Both are 2mg pills. Both will effect you the same. .25mg is a white football tablet .50mg is a peech football tablet and 1mg is a blue football tablet. Then you have your most common abused tablet the 2mg bar. ( white in color) Gold bars are just a joke for dealers to try and make more money off selling xanax. There is no differnce. Hope this helps.
