Bluetooth? or use the cable provided when you bought your phone.

either a usb cable, or just send them to your e-mail address

If you don't have bluetooth or the cable provided when you bought your phone, you could always text message the picture to your email address.

make sure that the primary storage for the pictures are on the memory card setting

my cell phone has a memory card slot that i can take out and slide onto the laptop

Connect your phone to the PC/laptop with the USB cable and normally you should have software to manage files? Use that to transfer them..
