And another question do you need to buy a MAC to install the OS or could I just buy the software and install it on my custom built computer? Yes, you need a Mac to (legally) run OS X on it. But with an emulator you can't get the actual performance , shuch as low latency audio driver and more graphics hardware supporting tools . you may have your coffee cup and come back . for a example java ! their symbol is that . -- Posted by pleaseremove at 4:22 am on June 2, 2008 I don't see how either of the main two OS's are better than each-other when it comes to  working with music and pictures.
