Most likely very close.  And many people use their name in their computer name, so you could know if you know your neighbors.   On most routers you can just connect to http://192.168.1.1/DHCPTable.htm and see names. I can't remember where but I was amazed. For the most part you don't have to worry if you are using your neighbor's internet as long as your not download lots of stuff. I also use this method to ban my neighbors from accessing my network.  They're probably hackers or sth..cuz they seem to be getting back in every few days after I changed my password...
