I did a total of 2 hours per week of deep breathing/mediation exercises and I still feel stressed.

well then... idk... maybe, try not to let stuff get to you? because that tends to be the reason why people are stressed... just 'cool off' and dont let little things bother you i guess.

While you're meditating listen to a track called Boxed Nirvana II. you should be able to find it on Google.

Meditation is only short term. Try to pick up a religion to make you happy. I'm a christian and I have no worries because I trust God.
