For the most part I tend to get less hours than the other people. There have been a few weeks where that hasn't been the case but for the most part that's what happens. Everyone else was scheduled for 30-40 hours and I was scheduled for 24 this week. Now no one has had any problems with me that I know of, they were very patient in training me and thought I caught on pretty quickly, I've never been late for work, and I've gotten two pay raises in the three months I've been there (from $8.00-$8.50 and from $8.50-$8.75), and it could just be because I'm the new kid compared to everyone else there, but I guess I just worry about it. -- Posted by 4est at 3:07 pm on June 5, 2008 It's down by seniority. You can always ask if someone wants you to take a shift of theirs. People asked me to do that all the time and I was always happy to take their shifts.
