Ok ... I have Ad-aware, Spy Doc. and AVG 8.0.1 on my system. I have the latest updates too.
But every so often I would be do something and the computer would just restart!
I can't seem to find out why, Any HELP plz.

Mine does the exact same thing, I'm just assuming that it's Vista that is causing the problems.

Are you sure you don't have a virus? Do a virus scan before you try anything else.
If not, is it a certain programme that makes your computer restart? If it is, uninstall it and make sure it's fully upgraded. What operating system are you on?
