We just got our marching band music, POTO, it fucking KICKS ASS. But at one point, I have six sharps. I know notes and fingerings, just what are the six sharps? It's really hard to tell.. Is it F, C, B, A, D, and G? That's what I can tell from my music. I know F and C sharps are DEF. them, but after that, I don't know.. Haha, I recognize flats easier.. & I know Bb = A#, Eb = D# etc.. I just need to know WHAT my six flats are.

6 sharps... F C G D A E...so F#=Gb, C#=Db, G#=Ab, D#=Eb, A#=Bb, and E#=F natural overall, your flats are B E A D and G

Lol, this is explicit because of the word fingering, isn't it? I can't really help without the music really either.

.. NO. You can tell me. I said I know flats, flats IN ORDER, go Bb, Eb, Ab, Db, etc. what is that order for sharps?

ummm...the order of sharps is F C G D A E B, it's just the flats backwards. one way you can remember it is this Flats: BEAD G(reatest) C(ommon) F(actor) Sharps: F(at) C(ats) G(o) D(own) A(lleys) E(ating) B(ananas) sorry about the confusion.

Father Charles Goes Down And Ends Battle. Battle Ends And Down Goes Charles' Father. Starting with 'Father', it's the order of the sharps. In reverse, starting with 'Battle', it's the order of the flats. So your six sharps are FCGDAE. Here's another one to help you remember: Father Christmas Gives Dad An Electric Blanket Blanket Explodes And Dad Gets Cold Feet And if all else fails, just look at the sharps and look at the line that's in the middle of each one. That's the note it sharpens.
