You may try doing a system restore to a date before you noticed this software on your computer.

If the system restore fails you may need to manually remove the program by starting your computer in Safe Mode. Please let me know which Operating System you use so I can get you the right instructions.

It sounds like you might have to do a System Restore. If you can't restore it to an earlier date, it will mean that you'll lose everything if you restore it anyway, as this will put all your settings back to how they were when you bought your PC.

So, before you do anything, make sure you save everything you want to save - music, important documents...anything like that. There are lots of websites online that will let you store things for free, or you could put everything on an mp3 player or another storage device.
