If the system restore fails you may need to manually remove the program by starting your computer in Safe Mode. If you can't restore it to an earlier date, it will mean that you'll lose everything if you restore it anyway, as this will put all your settings back to how they were when you bought your PC. So, before you do anything, make sure you save everything you want to save - music, important documents...anything like that.
