Is the fact the the percentages are all fucked up. 93+6 doesn't add up to 100 in any country I've been in so what the fuck? Thats not the only case its with any number  most of the time.

-- Posted by Tavis at 5:45 am on June 10, 2008

99% is what it uses, because there is always 1% of people who don't vote.

93.3+6.7 =100

... percentages for what?

-- Posted by ehmusic at 5:46 am on June 10, 2008

What the fuck are you talking about?

What says that 93 + 6=100?

You've been on here an awful long time to still be such a n00b.lol.

Im saying that all the percentages I get from polls never equal 100. They are close but never 100.

Obviously it does not display the decimal value in the poll. If you manually work it out you will get some thing like 99.5+%.

Yea after trying it out on my own calc. I get what your saying.

It's probably just that the percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number, so they don't always equal 100.

If the votes were something like: 52.4%, 17.3% and 30.3%, the total percentage would go to 52 + 17 + 30 = 99%.

I have seen many polls that add up to 100. It is simply that the majority of polls do not get even tallies like that.

-- Posted by DCW69 at 5:52 pm on June 11, 2008

Well I have to I also saw that most don't I just wanted to know and I found out a while a go.

It's a rounding error, its a pain to deal with, I'm sure you will get over it.
