And you are running Windows? -- Posted by albaniaXOXO at 7:05 am on June 11, 2008 i had the same problem when i restarted my computr from the beggining because it erased everything, and if u have dell, go to their website and download the sound thinggy, its right on the page, but if u have other computers i cant help u with that -- Posted by boombabyy at 7:05 am on June 11, 2008 TUrn up speakers, sound card too, if you have a laptop make sre you actually have speakers in it although you should.
