My friend has an eating disorder and she is like everyone else at our lunch table and we always forget she has a eating disorder.

They'd be the exact opposite, if anything.

I think people who's anorexic are somewhat in a way conceited for the simple fact they call average normal weight people fat and their not then when you tell them they need to gain weight to be healthy they take it offensive and thorw up when your not around them they have mental issues cause if a person is anorexic and they think that their thighs are fat when you look at them and say no their not they get in denial and think their thighs are fat I don't get those people

I think so too.  I saw a post a while back similar to this and it made me curious if people actually think they are conceited.  I'm glad to be seeing everyone say no.
