I just tried to make myself sick. I know all of the risks of bulimia, but i am making plans to do it again. It feels right, but i know it is wrong.

Today was the last time anyone will wver call me fat.

i tried it once. but i coudlnt get myself to throw up and im thankful i couldnt. i have never tried since. a very good friend of mine is bulimic and it crushes my hear to watch her. PLEASE dont do it. you have no idea how depressed you will eventually become. also it affects all your friends and family in ways you cant understand.

I really wish you would stop comparing yourself to other people, and start embracing what you have. If I were you, I wouldn't be giving two shits what people think of me, seriously.

if you want to loose weight then do it the right way.

you will feel better about yourself after like a week of excercising and eating right.

in a month you will have definetly lost some weight.

in 6 weeks, you will be loosing pounds per week.

after two monthes people will compliment you, it will be very visible, you will feel healthy.

if you go bulimic you will feel sick in a week, and continue to feel sick after six weeks.

after a few monthes you will look thinner, but your skin will be discolored, teeth will be gross, you will look disgusting, even if you are thin.

bulimia messes up you metabolism, it slows it down so you quickly gain the weight back.

pm if you want to talk, i have lost over 50 lbsin the past, i did it the healthy way, but i thought many times, and even attempted throwing up, chewing and spitting, as well as not eating. in the end, excercising and dieting works the best and makes you feel great.

Don't do that. Really really don't. I'm having some issues with that shit right now. People are sad, it makes me feel like a failure, it does feel good, like "waht a relief" when you do it but....really, in the long run, it isn't worth it. Trust me.

ive been doing it for a while , i wouldnt advise doing it, i do it because it makes me feel okay about eating something,and it helps me stop thinking about the things i dont want to think about because they get me down,but since i started doing it i cant control my emotions very well and ive been feeling low alot more often and now i cant look into a mirror without bieng or angry or down, so if i was u i wouldnt start
