Yeah so, Is it normal to like half starve yourself (Not eating for an odd day, skipping meals) and then feel like your putting on weight? :S

When you starve yourself, your bodies defence goes up and starts storing fat so you don't diee -.- Eat something.

If you are trying to loose weight, it's healthier to eat either 3 main meals or 6 small ones just as long as you are eating healthier foods. Skippy meals lowers your metabolism.
