comfort me before i do something stupid
right now im using the computer as an outlet because i don't have another one

and i seriously am bipolar and scared of doing something i will regret

Do you write or draw, or have any music you like? Exercise is also a good outlet. Or if you want to talk about anything, pm me.

jump on the bed or do something fun and active and stuff...seriously, it works.  or spin in circles until you are too dizzy to move then get up and spin the other way after the dizziness goes away.

Is there nothing else you can do at the minute to help control your emotions? Go out for a run, exercise, any other outlet you have? If not, I completely understand, but you'll have to find some useful and positive way of channeling these emotions, y'know?  

Do you have any medical help for your bipolar at all? I'm mainly just curious, as medication or therapy can help control the emotions.

You made this post a while ago though, so how are you feeling now? If you need to rant or anything, my inbox is always open, or have a go here. I'll listen. I hope you're ok.

edit: I really think you should try doing something to release that stress, btw. It can help tremendously.
