i'm in serious need of talking to someone who' s been there, not some happy church people or finding god. im a christian and i should feel good but i don't, i have no self confidence, and before i was hospitlized i wanted to kill myself like 100x a day. like it'd come in waves, and then leave and i'd be scared it'd come again. anyways..............yeah any info would be nice thanks.

There are absolutely such things as depression and self-confidence groups. I'd suggest you pop along to your doctors and ask him/her about them, and hopefully they could point you in the right direction for finding such groups. Also - I think it's a positive sign that you're recognising your own feelings and recognising that they need dealt with now. Just because you're a Christian doesn't mean that you should feel happy and have self-confidence or whatever. You should possess those things because it's your given right - we all deserve happiness - and if you don't feel too grand then you should absolutely do all you can to get back to a place where you feel comfortable within yourself. As I said, seeking out such support groups is a really positive thing for you to be doing, and I hope you manage to find some. :] Other than that, I'm sure you know that there are so many other people out there to help you, yeah? And should you ever need a chat or a rant, or anything at all, feel free to PM me absolutely anytime. Take care of yourself, and best of luck to you. I really hope it all works out for you.
