I have AVG but it's starting to annoy me, anyone use anything other than Norton because I hate Norton.

It's shite. It's perhaps the worst Anti-Virus software ever built. It's too bloated and takes up too much system resources. AVG is good, though I've heard Kapersky is good too. We use NOD.32 on the Windows computer we have at home, it's not free but it works really well.

I like Avast and I've been using it for about a year now. It's stopped me from downloading several trojans.

any anti-virus system could be hacked anyways. So it doesnt really matter what a person gets. There is none that are 100% safe. If there were a such thing all the other companies would go out of buisness

It won't uninstall when you don't want it anymore.

Yeah I tried NOD in the past, and I couldn't get hold of Kapersky before.

Generally anti-virus programs won't allow a fix because they check for cracked serial numbers every time they update, which is almost daily.

I use bitdefender total security 2008. I used to use avast! but after i got winantiviruspro, avast couldnt stop it and i changed over. Bitdefender is amazing. it covers every aspect of my computer and leaves all the annoying popups about little things out.
