How long can mushy cat food stay in the fridge for? I opened it 4 weeks ago, but it had a lid on it? Is it good or bad now?

poor cat, take care of it better

-- Posted by hornydude1992 at 6:28 am on June 14, 2008

very bad. I would throw it away. If you feed it to your cat it might get sick and then you have the hundreds of dollars worth of vet bills whereas if you just bought a new can of cat food it would cost you about $2. I think that the new can would be a better way to save money during the time of resection and a better way to keep your cat healthy
