He keeps exiting out of all the anti-virus/firewall software I installed on the computer. I keep telling the fucking idiot it helps our computer and not to shut them down but the fucking douche bag don't listen. So I am planning on downloading that www.spysherrif.com. My question is if I have the recovery cds can I recover from spysherrif or is it once spysherrif runs once it never goes away?

"SpySheriff can not be simply deleted, as it reinstalls itself through hidden components on the computer. Trying to remove it with the Add/Remove programs feature has similar results, or may result in a system crash. A blue screen of death may occur." From wikipedia....

What you do is go in the settings for the programs and try to find a way to hide the links from appearing in the taskbar. Another thing to do is just leave a Linux Live-CD running for him and he probably won't know the big difference. But if he paid for the computer it is his choice to fuck it up, so just keep backups of your files to be safe. When something does happen only his shit gets lost. Or set the below image as his desktop with it in the centered position (no stretching) and he will freak. That will teach him a lesson when your "software" miraculously fixes it, as you demonstrate (and hide the image when he isn't paying attention.

Just create multiple user accounts and in his set it so you cannot disable the antivirus. I'm not completely sure how to do this, but you might do a google search.

You could try this. Right click start menu>Propertiestaskbar>customize in here pick the AV and what ever program to hide... He can always click the arrow like but it may work :P

if you mean that u have a backup\restore disk with all recent data then you probably can. but before infecting his computer you should read up on spysherrif and other rouges on wikipedia and tell him about them and tell him that if he has any computer problems ask you. then when he comes crawling to you, have a convincing look and tell him what he's got - spysherrif - and explain it to him just to worry him then tell him you can fix it and run the backup.
