Its called the morning after pill for a reason. Then they put you under, and htey use tools that taper in size, like little, bigger, bigger, and slowly the uterus becomes relaxed and opens up more so that they can fit the suction tube  and tools in. Then they tear the limbs from the baby's body: arms, legs, etc, until the head is left.
