About two years ago, i literally "popped" my right knee while doing wall climbing. At first, I had trouble walking and could barely bend my leg more than 120°.

I did not go see a doctor or anything, because I'm the kind of person who always tries to avoid doctors.

The pain eventually decreased, and I was able to play sports at 100%; my knee rarely bothering me.

However; I still can't bend it farther than 30°, and It really hurts when I try to bend it farther. I tried bending it gradually, but the pain still remains.

So, I guess I should finally see a doctor, unless you guys have any bright ideas.

Thanks

yea, definitely go see a doctor. Popping your knee out may not be giving you trouble now, but it really will in the long run
