When I answer, I get a pre-recorded message, and same with if I don't answer - the same one is left as a voicemail. It goes: This is Ruben Schwartz. I have an important matter that needs to be discussed with you. It's so annoying.. I looked him up on Google and apparently he's calling a ton of people trying to collect debt that they're not in. One of the guys was in his elevator one day and heard him call the elevator phone. To ask the elevator about debt. To try to help consolidate the elevator's debt. :S
