drinking so. I'm addicted to Dr. Pepper. I've tried to stop drinking it a couple times, but caffiene withdrawals are hell. Any suggestions to help me give it up? I gave up drugs I know I can this too, just need to know how. :] I don wanna be a fatty no more. =P

drink a little dp then lotsa water less dp more water till water is your new best friend.

cold turkey. i had to give up caffeine and it's hard, and i have a pepsi every now and then.

jesus thats quite a weird addiction... umm u need to bring ur levels lower and lower and lower... u dont need to completely stop...only have like 9 cans a day? :S

I know someone who used to be an alcoholic and he started drinking water and other things. Not going to bars for a while really helped him. Good luck.

stop buying it and start drinking water. drink once a month but don't go over that limit.

take in less Dr. Pepper every day and drink more water. try exercising, the adrenaline should help counteract the caffeine withdrawals.

if its a fat problem and you absolutely feel like you need the caffeine, then switch to diet. but if youre doing it for the health reasons, listen to everyone else
