whenever i stand up after sitting down or when i get up in the morning i always get really light headed..
why does this happen?

sometimes i have to hold onto something because i feel like im gonna fall over. And every now and then things turn white.
it also causes headaches.

why does this happen?
is it normal?

happened to me, but things would turn black.
it was because i was battling anorexia.
make sure you're eating well.

blood sugar maybe

I was never quite sure why it happened to me, but I got it all the time for no reason. It's just go black. Now I get it because of my eating disorder, I know that, and I've fallen over before.

I used to have/still have that.  It helps to close your eyes for a second after you get up.

wow, i had the same thing several years ago...

it actually got so bad that i fainted several times. the doctors ran several tests but never really found anything wrong...

i havent had a major dizzy spell in a while...

you should tell your doctor though!

dont jump up. take your time getitng up.

if that doesnt work, talk to your doctor.

i read recently that the most common reason girls/women feel lightheaded and get dizzy is because they arent eating enough calories...it may seem like you are, but pay more attention to how much and how often you eat

Omg, the same thing was/is happening to me.

I don't know if its the same for you.
I'm supposed to wear glasses. (I don't know if it had anything to do with it) But.. as soon as I started to wear my glasses again all of that went away. I don't know, go to your optometrist?

It happens to me when I don't wear my glasses. I should go too.

Go to your doctor.

Also, do you have an ear infection?

It could be an imbalance in your/with your(whatever it is) Equilibrium.

Could be anything.

Maybe you should go see your doctor.

An imbalance in your Equilibrium.
Um, I don't know...loads of things. You'll never know unless you go see one.
