I can run about a mile at a full-out sprint before I start to get tired and sore, and as my endurance is ridiculously high, if I were to pace myself, I'm able to run until I get bored.

I can sprint about 200 yards with out stopping, but I have had to jog 1 mile without stopping for track workouts.
-- Posted by Latin Muscle at 6:25 pm on June 18, 2008

I AM. I just prefer full-out sprints. Burns more calories in less time, makes adrenaline pump a lot faster and in torrents, all that jazz.
