I never seem to be hungry. When I eat I feel sick. I don't want to say I have an eating disorder, but I know when it comes down to it I do. I try to eat more, but it never changes the way I feel, I sometimes think I need help from a doctor, because all the issues i'm having now a days. I'm trying to eat regularly. Anyone have any helpful solutions?

Don't eat if you're not hungry, you should eventually get hungry... If that don't work, you should really see a doctor.

Not all eating disorders are like Anorexia and Bulimia, in fact, those are 2 disorders in a vast number of many widely varying disorders, all of which deserve equal medical respect. Your case does sound like an eating disorder, though not necessarily one of those 2.

You shouldn't be ashamed at the possibility of having an eating disorder because of the negative stigma placed on Anorexia...etc.

As I am not a qualified medical health care professional, I can't diagnose what it is that you have let alone begin to tell you how to fix it, and nobody on these forums can help you that specifically (assuming we don't have any certified physicians trolling around randomly). What we can help you with is in making the decision to get checked out by a doctor to make sure you're healthy, or if not, that you get adequate treatment.

I strongly suggest that you see your doctor (or any doctor) about your symptoms and any problems you may have. In the meantime, why not do some research on the many other, lesser known, eating disorders on the web (from reputable sites like WebMD). You may find one that matches your symptoms, which can help your doctor more effectively treat you and provide care for you.

Wish you the best
