How much what it be good to eat for someone eating as little as possible but still eating a healthy amount? I am trying to beat my mum.

3 times a day, break fast lunch dinner dut out ll snacks except water and you'll lose alot

It depends on how tall you are. But I know that no matter how short you are, you are not supposed to have to have less than 1200 calories a day when you are dieting.
