Well, around here, ECU is a school that's extremely easy to get into, and it's a party school. EVERYONE around here is going to that school, and that's the main reason why I don't want to go there. It's definitely gonna be a fall-back, but not first choice. My best friend said that he definitely was not going to that school, and but now he's changed his mind because everyone else wants to go there, and it's like, "Are you kidding me?  What happened to me and you, sticking it out against the crowd?" You'll make friends at college, trust me. When I went off I didn't think I'd be making friends but I did, you just need to reach out a little. The entire concept of college is to embark on a new journey and meet new people. You'd do just fine in a college where you know absolutely no one, for everyone else would be a freshmen there too. I say follow your gut lol. If you want to go to a school you like, and it doesnt consist of friends you know, just go for it. You'll still keep in touch with your past friends somehow.
