-- Posted by Tavadon777 at 11:09 pm on June 22, 2008 Ok so i tell the story, I met this girl in an online game(yes i know im a nerd) and normally i dont flirt or anything like that in a game especially online, well this girl was different, she was married and i am engaged(i know i know) but we became really close, we talked on the phone( she lives in a different state than me....well this went on for a bit, the phone conversations got just a bit out of hand, well one day a friend of ours in the game starts to ask if me and her like eachother and all tha crap well he gets some lucky guesses in and when she gets pissed he says i told him... well i didnt but she couldnt take that chance worried about her kids( shes 23 and im 19) so she ignored mequick the group we had together and didnt talk to me for a few months, well finally we talked again but by this time i had stopped playing the game mostly....and i picked up a new game without telling anyone in the old game..... Well i am now 2 weeks into the new game and i joined a guild(im a nerd i know) and I became friends with this person. and the guild was getting ppl onto thier ventrillo server(a chat server) and I told the friend to get on( now the charectar was a girl but i didnt really know if it was because plenty of guys play girls) so once she spoke I froze.....this sounds like someone i know i said... so i asked where she was from...same as the girl.....ok now i was really wierded out.... so i say have you ever played Lotro(old game) and she says yes why?....now shes getting a little suspicious so i say its me and she and i freak out(not in a bad way) saying wow this is wierd and what not Now my question is..... To meet again  like this where there are millions of players in these games plus hundreds of thousands of guilds and dozens of servers.....Is it fate?( and yes i know lots of you dont believe in fate) -- Posted by sad and young at 11:12 pm on June 22, 2008 many successful relationships have been founded on that kind of coincidence, although meeting through a video game tends to greatly reduce the chance of success. really though, why do you need to know if this was meant to be or not? would you not want to think of her romantically if it wasn't fate? -- Posted by xyztruffs at 11:13 pm on June 22, 2008 wow. thats weird.
