So I had a pang of sadness earlier, but that was about it and it wasnt so bad. In fact I dont feel bad at all, I just feel a bit empty. I didnt feel liek doing anything particularly today. Just lying on my bed and listening to pointless rap - Cypress Hill, Skee lo, Da Lynch Mob, etc. Music that i wouldnt relate to and make me thing about Catherine. Not that Im even thinkign fo her, just now, and I rally dont feel anything. I just cant stop feeling like "Meh", Im not wanting to engage in group conversation with my friends, in fact I prefer to be on my own today and yesterday. I feel tired. So what do I do now?

You just need to really relax. Dont force yourself to get back out with your friends. However being with them like you used to be can sometimes be comforting if amongst true friends. Is Catherine your ex?

I feel exactly the same way. I would help you, but I also feel pangs of sadness recently. I am going to a yoga class later, to get some endorphins running.

Time either heals or erases memory . .Either way it always works. . Things will be better in time, it doesn't seem like you need to see a therapist . . Go indulge in something you can really enjoy (FOOD okay . . well good food always works for me haha)
