recently i've been having weight problems. i know i'm not fat, but i don't exactly think i'm skinny either. i've made myself throw up recently and i don't want it to get out of hand, but i'm not happy with my body. it's to the point where i can't run up the stairs without worrying about how many calories i'm burning. i hate it.

Go on a diet then. Eat healthier. Excercise.

don't make yourself throw up. it just ruins your throat and you get absolutely no nutrients at all. you also wasted all that food. exercise, eat healthy, that's old, but that's the way to live and lose weight.
