Q: How is LiveWire able to give products away for points?

A: The answer is three-fold. Firstly, excess advertising revenue. Secondly, one point is equal to about 10 cents USD, but we're charging as if one point was equal to 1 cent USD, thus we're charging 10 times more than the value of the product. Thirdly, we benefit from a strong partnership with discount reseller Overstock.com to get products that need to be cleared off the shelves at below MSRP.

Q: Do I need a credit card to order?

A: No, but you do need to give us a valid mailing address for your product to be delivered.

Q: Will I be able to return the product if I'm not satisfied with it?

A: Because our margins are so thin we are not able to accept returns at this time.
