"How to recognise the signs of SI", where it says "Remember not all people who display these signs, so don’t go accusing every person who wears a long sleeved top of self harming." - and indeed, even if they do self-injure, it may not be productive to immediately accuse them of it.

"Why Cant My Friend Just Stop?" - as far as I am aware, there is no evidence that endorphins are physically addictive. Certainly, they play a part, and explain why it is psychologically addictive. The term "physically addictive" means more than simply a chemical being involved.

But otherwise, there's plenty of good information there.

I have not included everything from there in it, but i have included bits. I know there is more to be included and hopefully version 5 will include some more. recently finding the time to write the guide has been hard and therefore version 4 is only mildly improved from version 3.   Sorry

Does someone scratching themself until it leaves marks count as SI? I'm talking about someone who does practicly claws themselfs when they get upset.

Yes, if they harm themselves deliberiatly then it is counted as Self Harm.
